NETsposure to relaunch as e64

Well-known for providing feature-rich business web solutions, NETsposure following a review of the latest advances in software, servers and operating systems, and in particular those using 64bit technology, will rebrand as e64 as of Wednesday 31st March.

Bewdley based NETsposure and e64’s Managing Director, Simon Collingridge, discussing the reason behind the change in name stated: “Having considered our brand image and the changes in technology and business arena in general, we felt e64 is a stronger brand for the business to adopt as we launch a new range of products and services.

“We believe strongly that 64bit technology is the way forward, providing significant benefits to our customers of faster loading sites, smoother integration with other services, and improved stability and performance to name just a few.”

Over the coming year the company will develop 64bit versions of all existing NETsposure products, with the firm’s two main web products eSPOSURE and EditWeb, being the first to be re-launched as e64 eCommerce and e64 EditWeb.

E64 also plan to launch servers running the 64bit version of the very latest Windows Server 2008 operating system and SQL Server Database which will both be faster, more secure and more reliable. “This change will incorporate significant improvements in our disaster recovery and business continuity systems,” said Simon adding, “It will mean we can offer greater protection, significantly reducing the risk of downtime owing to external factors.”

As part of their rebrand, the company will also be expanding their service offer, already increasing bandwidth allowances for all existing hosting customers to a level that ensures they cannot exceed their existing bandwidth allowance. Added to that they will launch a regular newsletter, exclusive to e64 customers, in which they will offer ideas on how keep business websites fresh and up to date, and tips on how to be found by Search Engines.
