Supporting young British talent |

Like many other businesses, Bromsgrove based Converged Solutions Ltd (CSL) employs a diverse workforce with interests and hobbies ranging from the everyday to the inspirational and challenging.
One such young talent honing his skills at CSL is 22 year old Andy Rouse from Redditch, who whilst undertaking his duties as a Network Engineer has a longstanding passion for all things bikes and motorcycles.
CSL Director, Pete Twist said: “It’s great that Andy’s doing so well in his racing and it will be a real shame for CSL when he does eventually move on to that next level of racing, but whilst he’s here he’s a great asset to the business and we’ll continue to support him all we can.”
With regional offices in Bromsgrove and Bristol, CSL currently supports a number of charitable, educational and community group initiatives within the West Midlands and the South West of England and urges others to do the same.
Said Andy: “I began with endurance racing which is a great passion of mine, with my short term goal being to race with the British Motorcycling Racing Club, known as Bemsee. Hopefully one day ride I will ride professionally at International level but to get to there I need to gain experience at club and national level first and for this I need sponsorship.”
Bemsee is the largest club in the UK and also the most competitive as most good British riders start their career with Bemsee before entering the professional, national and international arena. Actively meeting with potential sponsors for the forthcoming 2009 racing season, Andy is well aware of the pitfalls of a professional motorcycle racer.
“CSL is very supportive of my goal to become a professional racer. They’ve supported me when I’ve needed take time off due to racing commitments and on the odd occasion when I’ve needed time off due to injury. The directors and the lads give me a hard time if it’s due to injury, but it’s all good humoured and it actually helps to keep me positive.”
