UK business in the spotlight Oakland International sales appointment

Multi temperature supply chain and logistics specialist, Oakland International, has appointed Gill Hiatt to the position of Sales and New Business Development Manager, as the firm builds their successful business service offer both in the UK and across Ireland.

With a track record of sales in distribution services, both to the UK and Irish markets, Gill brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Working for Oakland for the last three years, Gill has a keen understanding of Oakland’s ethos of customer relations as key in Oakland’s agenda, and will take responsibility for a number of sales activities including assisting with the development of new business initiatives for chilled, frozen and ambient picking, packing and supply chain, whilst driving growth of retailer consolidation schemes designed to provide cost effective fixed case price delivery solutions into all of the major UK and Ireland’s large retail and convenience sector.
