The Worcestershire Youth Jazz Orchestra, well-known and loved by many who enjoy the big band sound, will once again be performing at the Artrix Theatre, Bromsgrove on Wednesday 13th July from 7.30pm, with this year’s special quest appearance by Trevor Emeny.
Worcestershire based saxophone legend Trevor Emeny has been a professional for almost sixty years, and is still going strong performing internationally with a plethora of legends which includes Tony Bennett and Sarah Vaughan!
Any aspiring WYJO musicians are encouraged to audition from an early age, with no minimum age only an upper age limit of 25 years, with WYJO continuing to impress audiences wherever they perform gaining and a reputation for excellence year by year.
