Women in Rural Enterprise (WiRE) will be at TOP BARN, Holt Heath for their next meeting on Wednesday 10th June, with WiRE member Sara Dover donning her apron to demonstrate how easy great food and nutrition can be.
Event Booking Essential – deadline 5th June
A change to the group’s normal venue of The Crown Inn at Martley, June’s meeting promises to cook-up a great deal of interest, so booking is essential. Network coordinator and director of Astryd Business Consultants, Debra Turnbull, said: “Worcestershire WiRE continues to grow and expand thanks to our members’ willingness to help and support each other in these tough economic times.
“Sara Dover of Can’t Cook Will Cook Cookery School and The Nutrition Clinic has kindly volunteered to host this event, demonstrating that you can eat healthily and economically at the same time. This event promises to be both succulent and satisfying!”
Demonstrating how to use food and supplements to improve health, Sara will offer advice on nutrition and explain how by eating a range of ‘good’ foods we can help energise and invigorate passion and improve skills and confidence in the kitchen.
There is a small charge to cover costs for the event, priced at £5, with samples and numerous tasting opportunities abundant throughout the evening which starts at 7:30pm.
