Are you up for an ‘It’s a Knockout’ Challenge, asks Midlands based Oakland International, as they invite local organizations and businesses from throughout the region to join them in helping to raise much needed funds for the Noah’s Ark Trust, a local child bereavement charity.
Taking place at Alcester Rugby Club on Saturday 3rd September from 12 noon, companies already signed up for the challenge include solicitors Irwin Mitchell, design consultancy Design Q and specialist recruiters The Best Connection.
Event host, Oakland International’s Marketing and Events Co-ordinator, Hayley Smith, said: “This is fantastic. We already have so much interest from local firms that it promises to be yet another bumper event!”
Businesses can enter teams of up to 12 people, and team members don’t need to be mega fit, only prepared for the physical challenge of getting wet and having fun, with teams committing to raise a minimum of £1,000 each for Noah’s Ark.
Oakland’s MD, Dean Attwell said: “We want as many local businesses as possible to get behind this year’s event and help us break our £10,000 fund target in support of a great children’s charity.”
Georgina Neep, Community Development Manager for Noah’s Ark Trust said: “We are so grateful to all the team at Oakland International for choosing to support us this year.”
