Tactical role to support international expansion

With offices based within the Midlands and the South West, Converged Solutions Ltd. has appointed Karen Mason as their new Finance Manager, tasked with the implementation of new and extended administrative and operational accounting procedures to support the company’s accelerated growth within the UK and Europe markets, and more recently within the United Arab Emirates.

Set the task of organising CSL’s operational procedures and management information to create a robust financial forecast platform, CSL Director Peter Twist said: “We are delighted to welcome Karen on board. Her appointment as Finance Manager forms a key element to CSL’s ongoing business growth and planned penetration of new global markets.

“Her understanding and natural accounting ability will ensure we attain CSL’s set business growth goals and help greatly with our forward growth momentum.”

Karen brings to CSL’s business mix considerable experience and extensive accounting knowledge from her twenty-five years of working within the financial sector, previously working within the environments of investment, holdings and distribution.

CSL operates from two regional offices in Bromsgrove and Bristol, and continues to actively recruit engineers, project managers and technical staff to support the company’s expanding international client base.
