Children at Little Trinity Nursery in Kidderminster are having a super time in their new playground watch towers.
Nursery manager, Gaynor Carter, explained: “The children simply love the outdoors and really enjoy activities which involve roleplay.
“Our nursery playground already had lots of play activities but now with our new watch towers, which can be used in a variety of ways, they can really let their imaginations run wild!”
The watch towers help to stimulate active play and the children’s imaginations, and they also test their strength and coordination skills as they need to climb to reach the viewing platform at the top of the tower before they return to the ground via the tower’s fun slides, and all perfect for naturally increasing the children’s activity levels, agility, coordination, balance and body strength.
Added Gaynor: “They love the watch towers especially as there are two of them so they can see each other from across the playground and interact with lots of their friends.
“The watch towers have also provided so many new opportunities for the children to develop their social, imaginative and creative skills during their playground free play. All in all a great nursery addition!”
